This foam has been available on the Japanese market for years, I remember seeing it on Japanese Amazon each time I shop there, and finally, it’s available in Europe, though in select markets. 

The cleanser has a pretty straightforward formula – surfactants, glycerine, some niacinamide, one type of ceramide, plant extracts, and the iconic Dove soap scent. The Sensitive Mild version has the least fragrance components of all cleansers from this range, but they shouldn’t pose any problems in a wash-off form. The European products seem to have the same, or very similar, formulations to the cleansers sold in Japan. 

As the formula, the product is also uncomplicated and pleasurable. It’s a rich, frothy mousse that envelops your skin and removes all impurities. Ideal for the morning or evening, it can cope with not very tenacious sunscreens, but I wouldn’t use it to remove makeup. After cleansing, the skin feels clean, soft to the touch and ready to absorb skincare. 

 It’s an excellent value for money, and if you enjoy foaming cleansers, I am sure you will also like this face wash.
