Primera Miracle Seed Essence – Review

This is one of the most popular essences in Korea and abroad, and I’ve wanted to try it for a long time. Here’s a review of it.

This essence is not based on ferments; the main ingredient here is lotus seed extract which is rich in vitamins from the B group, omega(-amino) fatty acids, and minerals. The formula also includes adenosine, glycerine, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, and a bit of saccharomyces ferment. The product is alcohol-& fragrance-free.

Primera recommend this essence for normal, dry, combination, and oily skin types. We are promised that this product will help with dry and dull skin; it will improve skin’s resilience and the look of pores.

I am not a fan of this essence. It doesn’t do the same things for me as FTE essences do, there’s no glow, the skin doesn’t appear healthier. I would say it helps with hydration, and that’s all. Also, it irritates my skin, I don’t feel anything, but my skin turns reddish when I apply the essence. It is odd, as there are no exfoliants in this product. Perhaps my skin doesn’t tolerate lotus seed extract well. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this essence, and I don’t think it is worth the money. I have read many reviews of this essence, and some people like it a lot, and some dislike it, which happens with many products. It may work for you, but for me, it is a no-no.
