Kose Softymo Super Cleansing Wash with Hyaluronic Acid – Review

Japanese cleansing foams are one of the best cleansers out there; they remove everything and don’t strip the skin of moisture.

The ingredients list is simple: ingredients that serve to cleanse the skin as well as glycerin and two types of hyaluronic acid to moisturise it.

This foam is fantastic. If you massage it on your skin long enough, it will remove everything literally. It only takes a couple of minutes for it to work. You need to add some water so it can turn into a creamy mousse. As you move the product around it becomes denser on the skin, then you want to add more water. It’s that simple.

This face wash is ideal if you aren’t into double cleaning, it is a choice not a must, but not every cleanser can remove everything gently and with one cleanse. If you want you can do a double cleanse with this product. But, in my experience, one wash is enough to remove everything. I also prefer removing it with a flannel rather than splashing it off, as it’s less messy. A word of warning, don’t get it into your eyes because it burns a lot.

This cleanser is ideal for travelling if you want a product that you can use to wash face in the morning and remove sunscreen/makeup at night. You can also apply it on your body to remove sunscreen, as not many shower gels can do that effectively. It comes in a large tube, and you don’t need much of it, which makes it a perfect product for taking with yourself for holidays. I’d say everyone can use this cleanser, perhaps people with very dry skin may prefer something richer, but in summer it will be fine for all skin types.

All in all, it’s an excellent product. It facilitates the removal of sunscreen/makeup products with one cleanse and doesn’t dry out the skin. It has a simple ingredient list that shouldn’t cause troubles. I highly recommend it.
