Uriage BARIÉSUN 100 Extreme Protective Fluid SPF 50+ – Review

Last year, Uriage released a new line of sunscreens. Those products are nothing novel; they are just repackaged old formulas. However, in France, anything goes, so they market them as ‘new’.

I bought this sunscreen last year, thinking I was purchasing a new product from Uriage. I wish I had checked the ingredient list before buying because I wasted money. This product has the same old, greasy formula, which feels like butter on the skin. I thought I had thrown it away but found the bottle a few days ago, hence the review. I don’t say this sunscreen won’t protect you from the sun, but the texture is so unpleasant that you most likely won’t apply much of it. I find Uriage’s marketing tactics deceitful and shameful; they have repackaged their old formula, slapped some environmental slogans on the bottle and claimed that this is a new product. I don’t recommend this sunscreen; it’s greasy and thick and might feel torturous if used in hot weather.

  1. 😂🤣😂 I wonder if this is worse compared to when Biore Aqua Rich Watery Essence is layered over a moisturizing routine.
