This product won consumer awards in Japan and the UK in 2022, so naturally, I had to try it. If two distinct island nations agree on its effectiveness, there must be something to it. 

Decorté claim that this serum is the first skincare product to restore skin’s Lamellar structure, featuring liposome technology (lipid spheres that hold active ingredients), and they also promise that every drop of the product contains 1 trillion microcapsules. These capsules and the vehicle are filled with skin-loving ingredients such as acetyl glutamine, glycerine, and hyaluronic acid, which moisturise and condition the skin. We can also find Bifidobacterium fermented extract and HPA yeast culture aiding skin’s natural recovery processes. The formula also includes the extract of rose myrtle, which is known to reduce skin damage caused by UV rays. The product is suitable for all skin types, and its fragrance is inoffensive, so most of you should be okay with it. 

This serum has blown me away; it has quickly become my favourite product of 2023. I’d underestimated Decorté by assuming this product was just a hydrating serum because it is much more than that. It rejuvenates the skin, plumps dehydration lines, and makes the complexion glowy and youthful. After a few days of use, the visage appears healthy and balanced, if you know what I mean. My skin absolutely loves this serum; it has a lightweight, watery consistency and takes seconds to absorb. If you’ve been reading me for a while, you know that I like skincare with ferments. 

It’s a lovely product that I am sure many of you will enjoy. I know it’s a bit pricey, but it’s within the same price range as similar products from Decorté’s competitors.
